Working in partnership with Northern Lights Learning Trust, Vision for Education are looking to recruit qualified teachers to work across a number of primary schools in the Darlington area.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess and monitor student progress
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- A passion for education and supporting young people
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
