The Role

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of primary year groups
• Gain experience in different classroom settings and school environments
• Develop your classroom and behaviour management skills
• Maintain positive learning environments and support pupil progress
• Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences
• Follow safeguarding and school behaviour policies at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Final-year trainee teacher working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Individuals that can speak Welsh – desirable not essential
• Recent placement experience within primary schools
• A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching
• A willingness to learn and grow in a variety of school settings
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply, we can help with this)
