£121.50 - £158.45 per day (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

Vision for Education are looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to work on a part-time basis in a welcoming primary school located in the Middlesbrough TS6 area.

This friendly and supportive school is seeking a teacher to work within a Year 1/2 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire young learners and support their academic, social, and emotional development. Working as part of an established and experienced team, the successful candidate will create a positive learning environment where all pupils can thrive and achieve their full potential.

This is an ongoing part-time role commencing in September 2026, offering an excellent opportunity to become a valued member of a supportive school community.

Requirements

The desired Teacher will have:

• PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1
• Experience teaching Year 1 and/or Year 2 pupils
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and early learning development
• A passion for supporting children's learning and progress
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
