The Role
As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the school office.
You will be responsible for a range of administrative duties including handling enquiries from parents and visitors, managing attendance records, supporting staff with general administration, updating school systems, and assisting with the organisation of school office processes.
You will often be the first point of contact for the school, helping to create a welcoming, professional and efficient environment for pupils, staff, parents and visitors.

Requirements
To be considered for this School Administrator role, you will:
- Have previous experience in an administrative or office-based role (school experience desirable but not essential)
- Be confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
- Be confident or willing to learn school-specific systems (such as SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or similar MIS platforms)
- Have strong organisational and communication skills
- Be professional, approachable, and reliable
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Work well independently and as part of a team
