Vision for Education Brighton is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Primary Teacher to join a welcoming school in Burgess Hill on a part-time basis, working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week.
This rewarding role offers the opportunity to support primary-aged pupils with a range of additional learning needs, helping them to achieve their potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.
The Role
As an SEN Primary Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Support pupils with a range of SEND needs, including Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language Difficulties, and SEMH needs
- Work closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure every child can succeed

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching within Primary Education
- A passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs
- Strong behaviour management and classroom management skills
- Availability to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
