SEN Teaching Assistant – Colchester

Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? We’re looking for caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Colchester.

The Role

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN.

• Support learning, confidence and independence.

• Help manage behaviour and provide emotional support.

• Work alongside teachers to create a positive learning environment.

Requirements

• A passion for working with children.

• SEN or classroom experience is desirable.

• Patience, flexibility and strong communication skills.

• Willingness to complete safeguarding checks.

Pay & Benefits

• £95–£110 per day, depending on experience and role.
