Schools need patient, reliable people who can build trust with children who may need a little more support to learn, communicate or manage their day.

Long-term SEN opportunities
Many SEN bookings are about consistency.
Schools may initially need someone for a few days, but when the relationship works, that can develop into weeks or months supporting the same child, class and teaching team.
We'll tell you what we know about the role and the support required before you accept a booking.
You can also choose whether you're looking for full-time, part-time or flexible day-to-day work.
