About the role
SEND Teacher
Winsford
Pay: £150 – £200 per day (depending on experience and/or qualifications)
Vision for Education are recruiting for a SEND Teacher to work in a small school in Winsford. This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday), starting in September 2026, with the potential to lead to a permanent contract. You will be teaching small groups of up to six boys aged 11 to 18 across core subjects (English, Maths and Science). Some pupils have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and others do not, so the ability to adapt your teaching to a mixed group is important.
Requirements
To be considered for the SEND Teacher position, the school have asked for:
- Someone who holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Someone able to teach a core subject (English, Maths or Science) at secondary level
- Someone with experience of, or a genuine interest in, supporting children and young people with additional needs
- Someone with great patience, drive and determination
