- Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects

- Ensure students remain on task and engaged
- Support pupils’ learning in the absence of the regular teacher
- Build positive relationships with students and school staff
Your experience as a Sports Coach makes you an excellent candidate — your behaviour management skills, leadership, confidence, and ability to engage young people are highly transferable to the classroom.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Sports Coach you will:
- Experience working with children or young people (sports coaching ideal)
- Strong classroom or group management skills
- Confident, professional, and reliable
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
