As a General Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
- Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure students remain focused and engaged
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
- Support students’ learning, progress, and wellbeing
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different learners
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and school leaders
Your teaching experience, subject knowledge, and passion for education make you an excellent candidate for this role. Strong communication, classroom management, organisation, and the ability to motivate young people are essential within a secondary school setting.

Requirements
To be considered for the role, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A confident, professional, and reliable approach
- The ability to teach across a range of subjects and year groups
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- Right to work in the UK
Salary is dependent on experience, training, and qualifications.
