Part Time | Full time | Term time only

£14.24 per hour (increasing with experience/qualifications)

Vision for Education are recruiting for a TA - Complex Needs to work within a specialist school setting in the Devizes area, supporting children and young people with Autism, severe learning difficulties, communication needs, and associated behavioural or sensory needs. This role is to start in September and the hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm. Ideally full-time, but the school may consider part-time.

This TA - Complex Needs role involves working closely with teachers and support staff to provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils with communication, emotional regulation, engagement, and independence throughout the school day.
