Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in primary education?
We are seeking passionate Primary Teaching Assistants to work within supportive and welcoming primary schools across the Tameside area. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, as well as individuals with relevant qualifications or school-based experience who are looking to further develop their career in education.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils' learning, development and wellbeing. Your role may include providing whole-class support, delivering targeted interventions, and working on a one-to-one basis with pupils who require additional guidance. You will play a key role in helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children can thrive.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Previous experience working with children in a school, educational or childcare setting, or a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Confidence supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- A patient, positive and adaptable approach.
- A commitment to creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment.
Salary is dependent on experience, training and qualifications.
