The Role
The successful Teaching Assistant will:
- Support pupils within the classroom on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and as part of whole-class activities
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Help pupils remain focused, motivated, and engaged in their learning
- Support the social, emotional, and academic development of pupils
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence
- Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Have experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic
- Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
