The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be supporting pupils in Primary Schools to work to the best of their ability in order to make the most of their education and learning.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be supporting pupils across Primary Schools to access learning effectively and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with class teachers to support individuals and small groups, helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about education and enjoys helping children develop both academically and socially during their primary school journey.
Role Requirements:

Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting is highly desirable

An enhanced DBS registered to the update service or willingness to apply for one
Ability to provide details of 2 willing and relevant referees

Able to work on own initiative and be proactive in supporting learning

A passion for education and motivation to make a difference for young learners
