The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in helping children thrive both academically and socially. Working across a range of primary school settings, you will:

  • Work closely with class teachers and school staff to create a positive learning environment.

Most placements will be within the Foundation Phase, although opportunities may also arise to support Key Stage 2 classes when schools require additional cover.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Recent experience working with primary-aged children.

  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • A flexible and proactive attitude to supporting different classroom environments.

What We Offer

As part of the Vision for Education team, you'll benefit from:

  • Competitive daily rates from £92.56 per day, paid via PAYE.
  • Access to high-quality CPD and training opportunities to support your professional development.
  • Pension contributions.
  • A dedicated consultant who will support you throughout your journey.
  • Social and networking events.
  • Flexible working opportunities to suit your availability and lifestyle.
