Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to start a full-time, long term contract.
About the role
You will be required to support the Year 1/2 class teacher on a general basis. The role may include holding intervention groups to help with Phonics and Mathematics. If possible, the school will require you to cover breakfast club and work 8-4.

The school is part of a multi-academy Trust and requires the right candidate to have a firm but fair approach with strong behaviour management techniques.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant you will:
- Hold a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
- Have experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary environment
- Be experienced working with smaller nurture groups to boost attainment
- Have a genuine desire to become a committed team of school staff
- Ideally have experience delivering Primary lessons

Salary
£9 to £10 per hour
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Hold a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Childcare
