Vision for Education are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work within a welcoming primary school in the TS8 area.
This is a part-time opportunity, ideal for individuals seeking a better work-life balance while making a positive impact in the classroom. The successful candidate will provide general classroom support, working alongside the class teacher to help pupils with their learning and contribute to a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide general classroom support alongside the class teacher.
- Work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis with pupils where required.
- Assist in the preparation of classroom resources.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive engagement.
- Support pupils with additional needs where required.
- Promote pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting.
- A patient, supportive, and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting young people.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential.
