Pay: £95–£108 per day

About the Role

Vision for Education is looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join schools across Chelmsford. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and helping them get the most out of their education.

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to support pupils in the classroom, helping with learning, activities and their day-to-day development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the class teacher with lessons and classroom activities
• Working with individual pupils or small groups to support their learning
• Helping create a positive, safe and engaging classroom environment
• Supporting pupils with their social, emotional and educational needs
• Helping with classroom organisation and preparation
• Encouraging pupils and building positive relationships
• Supporting children with additional needs where required

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children is desirable
• A genuine passion for supporting children and their education
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A patient, caring and positive attitude
• The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• A willingness to learn and adapt to different school environments
• Relevant qualifications or experience in education are beneficial but not always essential
