Are you a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children and helping them reach their potential?

We are currently recruiting reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Louth and the surrounding areas.

We have a variety of opportunities available, meaning we can offer work to candidates with different levels of experience and backgrounds. Roles may include general classroom support, 1:1 support, SEND support and small-group interventions.

Requirements
To be considered for the position of Teaching Assistant , you will:

• Have previous experience working with children or young people in an educational, childcare, care or support setting.
• Have a genuine passion for supporting children and helping them achieve positive outcomes.
• Be confident supporting pupils on both a 1:1 and small-group basis.
• Be adaptable and comfortable working across different year groups and school environments.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be patient, approachable and able to build positive relationships with pupils.
• Have a good understanding of safeguarding and the importance of creating a safe learning environment.
• Be reliable, punctual and committed to providing consistent support.
• Have experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs where applicable.
