Teaching Assistants Needed – September Start – Stafford

Vision for Education are looking for Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Stafford and the surrounding areas from September 2026.

We have opportunities available in EYFS and Key Stage 1, with both day-to-day supply and longer-term roles available.

Whether you're looking for a few days each week or a full-time position, we can help find work that fits around your availability.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support children both inside and outside the classroom, helping them to learn, develop confidence and achieve their potential.

Opportunities may include:

• General classroom support
• Small group work
• One-to-one support
• Supporting children in EYFS and Key Stage 1
• Long-term and temporary positions

What We're Looking For

We would love to hear from you if you have experience working with children through:

• Schools
• Nurseries
• Childcare settings
• Youth work
• Coaching or mentoring roles

To be considered, you must:

• Have experience working with children
• Be enthusiastic, reliable and adaptable
• Be able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS if required
• Have the right to work in the UK
