We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and inspiring graduates to join Vision for Education as Trainee Cover Supervisors, working across secondary schools.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in education, a passion for supporting young people and the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students aged 11–18.
You don't need previous classroom experience – what matters is your enthusiasm, confidence, positive attitude and willingness to learn!
What will you be doing?
As a Trainee Cover Supervisor, you will:

Support learning by supervising classes of students aged 11–18 in the absence of their usual teacher.

Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and keep students engaged in their learning.

Build positive relationships with pupils and encourage a positive classroom environment.

Develop your confidence and skills in behaviour management and classroom leadership.

Be a positive role model, helping young people build confidence and achieve their potential.
