Vision for Education is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Trainee Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming primary schools across Thurrock. About the Role
As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Work with small groups and individual pupils to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Encourage positive behaviour and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Assist children with varying learning needs, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
No previous classroom experience is required. Our NTAP training will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to succeed in the role.
The National Teaching Assistant Programme (NTAP)
Our comprehensive training programme is designed to prepare you for life in the classroom and includes:
- Understanding the role of a Teaching Assistant.
