About the role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects and year groups
  • Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively
  • Ensure students remain engaged and on task with their learning
  • Support pupils in the absence of their regular teacher
  • Build positive relationships with students and school staff
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
  • Maintain high standards of classroom management and professionalism

Salary is dependent on experience, training, and qualifications.
