About the role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects and year groups
- Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively
- Ensure students remain engaged and on task with their learning
- Support pupils in the absence of their regular teacher
- Build positive relationships with students and school staff
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and professionalism
