Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor, Supply Teacher, or someone with classroom experience looking for a new opportunity within secondary education?

Vision For Education are working with a number of secondary schools across the Dursley area and are seeking confident, adaptable individuals to support students in the classroom. Opportunities are available on a day-to-day, short-term, long-term, and potentially permanent basis, offering flexibility to suit your availability and career goals.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-prepared lesson materials, maintaining positive behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning. You'll play an important role in supporting schools while helping students achieve their full potential.

This role would suit experienced Cover Supervisors, Supply Teachers, unqualified teachers, graduates with classroom experience, or individuals who have previously worked in educational settings and are confident leading groups of young people.

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you should:

• Have previous experience working in a school or educational environment
• Be confident managing groups of students and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere
• Possess strong communication and organisational skills
• Be enthusiastic about supporting young people's education and development
• Be able to provide references and hold, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check
• Have the Right to Work in the UK
