Vision for Education are recruiting a Primary Class Teacher for a long-term teaching opportunity in Newcastle-under-Lyme starting in September 2026.
This is a full-time role expected to run through until at least Christmas, with the potential to continue beyond and possibly become a permanent position for the right candidate.
This opportunity would suit an enthusiastic and committed primary teacher looking to join a supportive school environment and make a positive impact on pupil progress and attainment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for a primary class, delivering engaging lessons that support pupils academically, socially and emotionally. The role involves planning, assessment, classroom management and working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality education.
Whilst teachers with experience across the primary age range are encouraged to apply, experience within Key Stage 2 would be particularly advantageous.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Primary Class Teacher, you will:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) recognised in the UK
• Have recent experience teaching within a UK primary school
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Have experience teaching within KS2 (preferred)
• Hold a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
• Be able to provide positive references from recent school employment
• Have the right to work in the UK
