The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to boost learning and confidence.
• Help create a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
• Encourage students' academic, social, and emotional development.
• Prepare classroom resources and assist with daily activities.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs where required.
