The role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you may be working across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your experience and the needs of our partner schools. Your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering engaging lessons and following the school's planning and curriculum requirements.

• Creating a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom.

• Adapting teaching to meet pupils’ different learning needs.

• Maintaining continuity of learning and encouraging pupil progress.

• Managing classroom behaviour in a calm and consistent manner.

• Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff.

• Following school policies and safeguarding procedures.

What we’re looking for

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Experience teaching in a UK primary school.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• A flexible, professional and enthusiastic approach.

• The ability to engage pupils and create a positive learning environment.

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
