Working in partnership with Spark Education Trust, Vision for Education is looking to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to work across a number of primary schools in the Middlesbrough area.
This is an excellent opportunity for Teaching Assistants who are flexible, committed, and passionate about supporting young learners in a variety of school settings. You will work alongside class teachers to help create a positive learning environment, support pupils' academic and personal development, and make a real difference in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and participation.
- Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources.
- Support pupils with additional learning needs where required.
- Promote positive behaviour and follow school policies.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting.
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach.
- The ability to adapt to different school environments and pupils' individual needs.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
