Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a long term supply basis at Hob Moor Oaks Primary School, 3 days per week; 9am - 3pm for the full academic year.

This is a term time only opportunity, ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a real difference in their education and development.

About the Role:

You will be supporting children aged 2–11 years with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN). The role may involve:

• Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils
• Supporting children with physical disabilities and medical needs
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff

About You:

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have experience working with children or young people with SEN or
• Come from a care background (e.g. support work, residential care, healthcare)
• Are patient, empathetic, and resilient
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Are committed to supporting children’s individual needs and development
