Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Years Teaching Assistant looking for a part-time opportunity? Vision for Education are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Shrewsbury, working 3 days per week until the Christmas break.

The Role

Working within the school's Early Years setting, you will support the class teacher in providing engaging and play-based learning opportunities, helping children to develop their confidence, independence and social skills. You will work closely with the EYFS team to support individual and small-group activities, while creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

Requirements

• Previous experience working within an EYFS or Early Years setting.
• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification is desirable.
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
