The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining high expectations.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupil achievement and wellbeing.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Have a genuine passion for education and supporting children's development.
- Be adaptable and confident in meeting the needs of pupils with a range of abilities.
- Be committed to promoting high standards of teaching and learning.
