About the Role

Vision for Education, in partnership with Northern Lights Learning Trust, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers to work across a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools in the Hartlepool area.

The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining high expectations.
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupil achievement and wellbeing.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.
  • Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Have a genuine passion for education and supporting children's development.
  • Be adaptable and confident in meeting the needs of pupils with a range of abilities.
  • Be committed to promoting high standards of teaching and learning.
