The Role

As an SEN LSA, you will:

• Support students with a variety of complex learning needs and disabilities
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning support
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
• Assist with classroom activities and daily routines
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential)
• Is calm, compassionate, and resilient
• Can work effectively as part of a team
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
