SEN Teaching Assistant – Burnham-on-Crouch

Pay: £95–£110 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role

• Supporting pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD and SEMH.

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support.

• Helping children access learning and reach their full potential.

• Supporting emotional regulation, confidence and social development.

• Working closely with teachers and other support staff.

• Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable).

• A patient, caring and understanding approach.

• Confidence supporting children with varying levels of need.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved.

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
