Vision for Education are looking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic, flexible and caring Teaching Assistant to work in our welcoming client schools across Skegness and the surrounding areas. We have a variety of opportunities available from September 2026 on both a full-time and part-time basis to suit your experience, availability and career aspirations.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential. Whether you have previous experience working in schools or transferable skills gained through care, support work, youth work, nursery, coaching or customer service, this is an excellent opportunity to make a positive difference in the classroom while working alongside experienced teaching staff.
Requirements
To be considered for the position of enthusiastic Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Have experience working with children or young people, or possess transferable skills from a relevant background.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be passionate about supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development.
• Be adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic, with the flexibility to work across a range of primary, secondary and SEND schools.
• Hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check and be registered to the Update Service.
• Have a commitment, drive and enthusiasm to support the highest possible standard of teaching and learning.
• Be a dedicated and committed member of our supply team.
