Vision for Education is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1/KS2 Teacher to join our successful supply team and work within welcoming primary schools in the TS5 area.

This is a part-time role, offering the opportunity to work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 within the school. The successful candidate will be adaptable and confident in delivering engaging, creative, and inclusive learning experiences that support pupils' academic, social, emotional, and personal development.

The Role

Working as part of a supportive and experienced teaching team, the desired KS1/KS2 Teacher will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality learning opportunities across the primary age range.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, depending on the needs of the school.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupils' progress.
  • Differentiating learning activities to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Managing behaviour effectively and promoting positive relationships.
  • Supporting pupils to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, parents, and external agencies where required.
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school community.

The successful candidate will be passionate about primary education, committed to raising attainment, and able to adapt their teaching to support pupils across different year groups.

The School

This welcoming primary school in the TS5 area is seeking a committed KS1/KS2 Teacher to join their dedicated team.

The school prides itself on its friendly, supportive staff team and its strong, inclusive ethos, where both pupils and staff are encouraged to thrive. Leaders are committed to providing high-quality education and creating a positive learning environment in which children feel valued, supported, and encouraged to develop.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a school with a collaborative culture and a genuine focus on children's wellbeing, learning, and development.
